We have handled a wide range of construction defect cases, both commercial and residential, including performance and construction issues related to roofing, stucco and electrical work as well as allegations of building envelope and foundation failure.
We try to keep our clients out of the courthouse and pursue avenues of resolving disputes such as mediation and arbitration, understanding the client's desire of minimal business disruption.
